Information Collection
We collect information from visitors to our site when they choose to register
and subscribe to our service (Members). We ask for information including
your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information.
All of these are necessary for subscription and other purchases and quick
communication with you about the status of your Membership. If we have
trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in
touch with you. It is optional for you to provide demographic information
(such as date of birth, gender and ethnicity), but encouraged so we can
provide a more personalized experience on our site. Should you wish to
change your information, simply update your Personal Profile.
In addition, DigiScript will collect information including Browser Type,
IP address, and server information to help diagnose problems with our
server and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help
identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.
In addition, we collect aggregate information on pages visited, and information
volunteered by consumers, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
Information Use
Our site tracks when each member logs in, a history of the lectures the
member has viewed, CE taken and a history of the keywords the member has
searched for. The information we collect is used to (1) help each member
find what they are looking for quickly and efficiently by enabling the
member to keep a history of lectures viewed, CE taken and keywords searched
for in his or her personal profile, (2) improve the content of our website,
customer service, and technical support, and (3) customize the content
and/or layout of our page for individual members, and (4) contact members
about updates to our website, such as improving DigiScript services or
informing members of new content and special events. If you are registered,
you may request to not receive email communications of the like described
by updating your Personal Profile or sending an email to remove@digiscript.com.
Sharing of Information
DigiScript will not release your personal information to any third-party
vendor. DigiScript may provide aggregate statistics about our Members,
subscriptions, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable
third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal identifying
information. Each member subscribes to a Virtual Library community that
DigiScript has created in partnership with a specific organization (e.g.
a professional association or university.) The community partner will
have access to the name, email address and completed CE record of any
subscriber in their community. DigiScript may release account information
when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary
to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the Terms of Use for our
site or, (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of DigiScript, our
Partners, Members or others.

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username.
Established members will occasionally receive information on new content,
upcoming events and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our
members we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip
code), please update your Personal Profile or send the information to

Cookies
DigiScript uses cookies throughout our community sites. A cookie is a
small data file that certain website write to your hard drive when you
visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that
the site uses to track the pages you have visited. However, the only personal
information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A
cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created
by other sites. We use cookies to maintain login sessions for users while
navigating the site. This allows users to 'shop' for services. As services
are added and deleted, we can maintain a record of the services for their
convenience. We gather browser type information in order to determine
how to best display fonts and graphics for the user. The use of cookies

number, name and address to prevent your information from being read during
transmission over the Internet. The only people who have access to your
financial information are those on our accounting/finance team. Our databases
are routinely backed up to ensure your security.
Policy Changes and Miscellaneous Information
We intend to cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required
by law or legal process to provide information about a member. Any changes
to our Privacy Policy will be posted here. Additionally, if at any point
we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different
from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by way
of an email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information
in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the
privacy policy under which the information was collected. If you wish
